KRG uses fact-based approach to measure resiliency, these include;

• Baseline assessments focused on an organizations approach to scenario planning and its strategy towards building foresight and process on which decisions are made in response to disruption. Assess and Evaluate an organisations state of readiness to identify changes and process to pivot – the litmus test
• Organisational and functional adaptation and responses to change
• Effectiveness of existing Business Continuity Planning capabilities, plans and simulations, building confidence
• Effectiveness of an organisations approach to Crisis Management Planning, simulations, testing and historical outcomes
• Based on KRG’s approach to continuous learning and operational betterment, asses an organisations learning model and approach to normalization and achieving anti fragile state
